Positive: Everything works. The room is comfy. Meets my need. The closet is quite separate from the main room which makes the main room very tidy. The bathroom is clean, simple and elegant. There's body wash and shampoo in the bathroom. 3 clean and white soft towels. The TV has access to almost everything you want to watch. The bed is very comfortable with 4 pillows. The area is quiet and calm, and very safe. I would like to book again whenever I'm in downtown Houston.
Negative: The lighting in the main room is relatively dull, probably intentional by the interior designer. You would need to turn on the lights by the bed, and the table light to have full light in the room. I kind of like it sometimes when I don't want full lighting. I just turn off all the lights except the table light

Positive: This place is FANTASTIC and will be my go-to everytime I visit Houston downtown. It was EXTREMELY clean, quiet and pleasant room to sleep in. The backyard was comfortable and tidy, the bathroom was very clean. Be prepared to pay a security deposit, but they sent it back the same way after my stay was over.
Negative: Nothing. It met all my expectations.
Summary: Great place to stay if you need to stay near downtown Houston.

Positive: The property was clean and everything was very updated, comfortable with all of the amenities and a very cute stay. But the area it is in is very unsafe to the point where it’s not comfortable to go outside past sun down.
Negative: BEWARE!! I was charged a $320 fee on TOP of the nightly cost and they forced me to send it through Zelle while they locked me out of the property in the middle of the night. I had to be on the phone with a random representative, they asked me for pictures of my photo ID and last 4 digits of my credit card then asked me to send $320 through zelle or cash app where there’s absolutely 0 protection when it comes to refunds. As of right now I have not gotten my money back. This $70 stay turned into an almost $400 stay. I could’ve gone ANYWHERE else if I wanted to pay that price. I could also hear absolutely everything going on in the house above me. Stomping and conversations, water running, furniture moving, the walls are very very thin.
